CalAIM 101 Raffle Rules Official Rules

  1. The raffle prize will be a $75 Target gift card. Up to three raffle drawings will be conducted each session. (The number of drawings will depend on # of attendees.) Prizes will sent as a gift code via email.
  2. Winners will only be drawn once and will not be placed back in the container for further draws for any future drawings, including future sessions. Any prize winner must A) Be an Anthem contracted provider, B) Have been in attendance for the full session, and C) Be present at the time of the drawing.
  3. No one under the age of 18 shall be eligible to win a prize.
  4. The winners of the prizes shall be determined and publicized. The winners will be notified during the respective CalAIM 101 Session.
  5. The Training Development shall be responsible for awarding all prizes and making all reasonable efforts to award the prize winners.
  6. Only the prizes as described shall be awarded, no substitutions allowed.
