Collaboration in Care Conference: Empowered Aging, Thriving Beyond HIV

People living with HIV can live long, healthy lives thanks to continued advocacy, community care, and innovations in HIV medication. The shifting HIV epidemic puts increasing focus on caring for people aging with HIV.
The Training and Health Equity Collaborative is embodying the principles of the HIV movement to bring a collaborative, comprehensive, community-engaged learning experience for all service providers. With support from Gilead Science’s HIV Age Positively Initiative, our second Collaboration in Care Conference (CCCHIV2024) will take place on September 18 – 20, 2024 in San Diego, California.
The Collaboration in Care Conference is the first of its kind: sharing lessons from HIV care, aging services, and more to strengthen service providers who care for people aging with HIV.
