Training & Health Equity (THE) Collaborative provides capacity building, technical assistance, and training to healthcare organizations in the West region. Housed within the UCSF Department of Family & Community Medicine, our programs include the Pacific AIDS Education and Training Center, Alameda County Care Connect, and now Gilead Sciences’ Age Positively program. Training Development Unit

The Training Development Unit (TDU) is a capacity building program for the ​California Advancing and​ Innovating Medi-Cal (CalAIM) initiatives in Alameda County and Los Angeles County. Funded through Managed Care Plans Alameda Alliance for Health and Anthem Blue Cross, our goal is to create training opportunities for Enhanced Care Management and Community Supports providers to strengthen and support person-centered care management services aimed towards the highest-need Medi-Cal enrollees.
